Terms and Conditions of Participation and Execution

The organizer and party responsible for the execution of the sweepstake is Gloriette Fashion GmbH. The sweepstake takes place on Instagram and only represents the location of the event. Instagram has nothing to do with this sweepstake and is therefore not available as a contact person. Participation in the sweepstake is governed by the following provisions:

§1 Participation

1. Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Austria, Germany, or Italy, who have reached the age of 18.
2. Participation in the Arido Trachten Sweepstake takes place by the person following the Instagram account @aridotrachten and writing a comment under the sweepstake post.
3. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter.
4. It is absolutely essential for participation in the sweepstake that all personal information is truthful. Otherwise, exclusion according to §4 para. 2 may occur.
5. The sweepstake is free of charge, and participation is independent of the purchase of goods and/or the use of services.
6. The deadline for participation is September 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

§2 Execution and Handling

1. Among all participants who have entered within the specified period, one TRACHTENHEMD EDUARD or TRACHTENBLUSE MONIKA will be raffled off. 
2. The winners will be contacted by Gloriette. For this purpose, the winner will be informed by direct message from the official Instagram account @arido_trachten. The winners expressly agree to this form of notification.
3. The claim to the prize is not transferable to third parties.
4. There is no claim to cash payment of the prize or a substitute prize.
5. If the winner has not responded with all necessary information (for delivery) within 7 working days after notification of the win by Gloriette, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.
6. The prize will be sent free of charge to the winner.

§3 Early termination of the sweepstake

Gloriette reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstake at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Gloriette will make use of this option in particular if proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses, manipulation, etc.) or for legal reasons. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, Gloriette may demand compensation for the resulting damage from this person.

§4 Exclusion from the sweepstake

1. Employees of Gloriette and their relatives are excluded from participation.
2. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions of participation, Gloriette reserves the right to exclude persons from the sweepstake. In particular, persons who provide untruthful personal information, use unauthorized aids, or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will be excluded. In these cases, the prize may also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

§5 Liability

1. Gloriette is released from all obligations upon handover of the prize, unless an earlier point in time results from these regulations.
2. Gloriette is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence by Gloriette or one of its vicarious agents or by the breach of essential obligations for the fulfillment of the contract. This does not apply to damages caused by injury to life, body, and/or health.

§6 Miscellaneous

1. Legal recourse is excluded.
2. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected.

Privacy Policy for Sweepstakes

1. In the event of a win, it is essential that the winner responds to Gloriette's win notification via direct message within 7 working days. By participating, the participant expressly agrees that Gloriette stores the data transmitted within the direct message for the duration of the sweepstake.
2. Gloriette uses and processes the data in accordance with legal provisions. The participant is free at any time to object to the storage of their data with Gloriette at Privacy Policy and thus withdraw from participation.
3. The data will not be passed on to third parties, for example through sale, rental, exchange, or any other form of making it available to third parties.

General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

The General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Gloriette Fashion GmbH remain unaffected.
